Before our first session, I conduct a fitness assessment, discuss your specific goals, and tailor a program that directly addresses your needs. The program would consist of a training plan and nutrition advice. Depending on your needs and goals, I offer a mix of the following services:
targeted strength training core strengthening
stabilizing (ball) techniques resistance (band) training
muscle mending exercises nutritional advice
lifestyle consultancy boxing circuit
flexibility training plyometrics (boot-camp style)
Using dumbells on the ball
Rates
A session lasts for 1 hour, either at your location (e.g. condo building gym), or at the downtown fitness club where I conduct training. The rates below already include 5% GST:
Individual session $70
More than once a week $65/session
Package of 14 sessions $800
Session for two $120
